Make space for the right fit.
A few measurements and practical questions can make choosing your next piece much easier.
1. Start with your routine
Think about the activity you want to do regularly, the people who will use the equipment and the time you have available. Choose a model suited to the intended use.
2. Measure the working space
Compare the product dimensions with the room and the clearance recommended in the manual. For folding equipment, check both operating and stored dimensions. For chairs, check the fully reclined position.
3. Check the journey into the room
Measure external and internal doorways, lift openings, stairways and turning points. Large items may need special delivery arrangements. Tell the team about access restrictions in your order notes.
4. Read the practical specifications
Check user height and weight limits, electrical requirements, adjustment ranges and maintenance needs. Look separately at optional apps, accessories or subscriptions that may carry additional costs.
5. Ask the question before ordering
If a specification, warranty term or delivery detail is missing, ask us to confirm it. You can submit a product enquiry without placing an order.
