Here for the longer run.
Keep your equipment in good shape, and know where to start if something needs attention.
Your consumer rights
Goods supplied in Australia are covered by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded by a store policy or a manufacturer’s warranty.
Product-specific cover
Warranty periods, covered parts and service arrangements vary by model. Ask our team for the warranty information that applies to your selected product before accepting an invoice. We do not apply a single blanket warranty period to every product.
Set up with care
Read the manufacturer’s manual before installation or first use. Observe user limits, power requirements, clearances, maintenance schedules and any restrictions on commercial use. Keep the equipment on a suitable surface and retain your manual.
If something is not right
Send your order reference, product model and a clear description of the problem to our support team. We may ask for photographs or further details to identify the appropriate next step. Stop using equipment that appears unsafe.
Repair, replacement or refund
The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Do not arrange an unapproved return or attempt electrical repairs yourself. Contact us first so the assessment and return arrangements can be coordinated.
