A smooth arrival starts with a few useful details. Here is how delivery is arranged for your order.

Start with your address

Enter your Australian delivery address and a contact phone number when submitting an order request. Include stairs, narrow access, apartment details and any restrictions in the notes.

Confirm the service before payment

We review the delivery location, product size and access requirements before confirming the delivery service and charges. The checkout shows the product subtotal; delivery is confirmed separately. If a location cannot be served, we will tell you before arranging payment.

Timing and dispatch

The team confirms availability and an estimated dispatch timeframe with your invoice. Delivery estimates depend on the product, destination and carrier. We do not treat the submission of an order request as payment or a dispatch instruction.

Large equipment needs a little planning

Check doorways, stairs, lift dimensions and the route from the delivery point to the intended room. Do not assume assembly, installation or placement inside a room is included. Any additional services must be agreed before payment.

When your order is on its way

Delivery updates and tracking details, when available, can be checked through the order lookup page or with our team. Report visible damage or a missing item promptly and keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
